Filming for season two of VH1′s hit scripted series, “Hit The Floor,” begins today in Los Angeles.
Joining Kimberly Elise, Dean Cain, Kimberly Elise, Taylour Paige and Logan Browning are three new additions to the cast.
Jodi Lyn O’Keefe, Adam Senn and Brent Antonello are all joining as series regulars and will have integral roles in season two. Details below…
Jodi is set to play Lionel Davenport, the estranged wife of Pete Davenport the former All-Star who coaches the Los Angeles Devils basketball team. Pete’s ex, an A-list actress, cares less about basketball or dancing than getting under Pete’s skin. Jodi is repped by Vincent Cirrincione Associates, Ltd.
Adam will play Zero, a superstar basketball player traded to the Los Angeles Devils. Zero is an all-American, God-fearing athlete — a marketer’s dream. But there’s more to Zero and his well-crafted image than meets the eye. Adam is repped by Innovative Artists Talent and Literary Agency.
Brent is set to play Jude, a junior sports agent. Jude’s a schemer who wants nothing more than to be Oscar, the head of the Devils organization’s, right hand man. And he’ll do anything to get the gig. Brent is repped by Creative Partners Group.
Valery Ortiz, Katherine Bailess, Jonathan McDaniel, McKinley Freeman, Rob Riley and Don Stark are also returning for season two.
“Hit The Floor” explores the sexy world of professional basketball and the dancers who make the fans (and players) go wild, according to VH1. The Los Angeles Devils are the number one team in the league. When the arena lights go on all of Hollywood comes out to support the million dollar players. But in this city these men share the fame, adrenaline, money, sex and power with their dancers, the Devil Girls.
